We may collect and process: name, business name, postal address, email address, telephone number, payment information (via secure third-party providers), coaching notes and action plans, information shared during coaching, HR consultancy information, website enquiries, newsletter subscriptions, and technical information such as IP address, browser type and cookies. 

 

To respond to enquiries, deliver coaching (via online programmes, in person and via Zoom/Teams) and HR services, manage appointments, issue invoices, communicate with clients, maintain coaching records, meet legal obligations, improve our services and send marketing communications where consent has been given. 

 

We process data under one or more of: performance of a contract, legitimate interests, legal obligation and consent (for marketing). 

 

Coaching conversations are confidential except where you give permission, disclosure is required by law, there is a safeguarding concern or a serious risk of harm. Coaching is not counselling or therapy. 

 

Where we provide HR consultancy we may process personal information on behalf of clients and will do so only in accordance with their instructions and applicable data protection legislation. 

 

We use password-protected devices, secure cloud storage where appropriate, restricted access and secure disposal of information. If you have purchased an online programme. your data will be stored in the thrid party system. 

 

Client records: up to 7 years after services end. Financial records: 6 years plus the current tax year. Marketing information: until consent is withdrawn. 

 

We do not sell personal information. We may share it with trusted providers such as accountants, payment providers, booking systems, email marketing providers and secure cloud storage providers where necessary.
