These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made through the website of Vicky Stanton Coaching ("we", "our" or "us"). By purchasing any product or service, you agree to these Terms. 

 

We provide: 

• Online coaching programmes 

• Digital resources 

• Live online coaching sessions 

• Physical Success Planner products 

• Other coaching-related services and resources 

 

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless an agreed payment plan has been arranged. 

Where payment plans are offered, you agree to complete all scheduled payments regardless of attendance or completion of the programme. 

Failure to make payments may result in suspension of access until payments are brought up to date. 

 

 

Your purchase gives you access only to the programme purchased. 

 

Programme materials are provided for your personal use only and must not be copied, shared, reproduced, distributed or sold. 

 

Access to digital materials may be removed if these terms are breached. 

 

 

 

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you agree that access to digital content may begin immediately after purchase. 

 

By purchasing and accessing the programme you expressly consent to immediate access and acknowledge that your statutory 14-day cancellation right ends once access to the digital content has begun. 

 

Once access has been provided, fees are non-refundable. 

 

 

If you cancel before the programme start date, requests will be considered at our discretion. 

 

Once the programme has commenced, no refunds or partial refunds will be provided if you: 

• decide not to continue 

• fail to attend sessions 

• do not complete the programme 

• change your mind 

 

Missed sessions are not refundable and cannot always be rescheduled. 

 

 

The Success Planner is supplied as a business resource. 

 

Prices shown do not include VAT. VAT is not chargeable. 

 

Returns are accepted only where goods: 

• arrive damaged; 

• are faulty; or 

• have been supplied incorrectly. 

 

You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide photographs where requested. 

 

We reserve the right to replace the item before issuing any refund. 

 

If a return is approved because the product is faulty or damaged, return postage costs will be reimbursed. This must be agreed prior to the return of the product. 

 

We are not responsible for damage caused through misuse, normal wear and tear, or accidental damage after delivery. 

 

Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded. 

 

 

Delivery times are estimates only. 

 

We are not liable for delays caused by postal services or events outside our reasonable control. 

 

Risk passes to you upon delivery. 

 

 

All programme materials, workbooks, planner content, templates, videos, graphics and written materials remain the intellectual property of Vicky Stanton Coaching. Copyright belongs to Vicky Stanton Coaching 

 

You may not: 

• copy 

• reproduce 

• distribute 

• share login details 

• teach our materials as your own 

• modify or resell our content 

 

without our written permission. 

 

 

Coaching is intended to support personal and professional development. 

 

You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions and results. 

 

We do not guarantee specific business, financial or personal outcomes. 

 

Coaching is not therapy, counselling, legal advice, financial advice or medical treatment. 

 

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant product or service. 

 

We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, business interruption or loss of opportunity. 

 

Nothing excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded under UK law. 

 

 

Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 

 

 

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. 

 

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
