We all have individual challenges in business, our careers or in life. Being a leader in the corporate world can be a lonely place. It can be a challenging place. Many balls to juggle, expections of you by the peope around you and all of this whilst you are trying to have a life of your own too. 
 
Sometimes you just need someone to work with you, challenge YOUR thought processes, challenge YOUR beliefs and help YOU to see the wood for the trees and transform that thing that is in YOUR way. That thing that truly is standing in YOUR way to having those days where you truly feel you have made THAT difference. 
 
Leadership coaching or executive coaching is all about working with the leaders of an organisation to herlp them maximise their own potential and their abilities. We can all be trained to do our professional 'thing' but who helps us become the person we want to be and challenge any beliefs that we hold that don't serve us well.

Whether you are new to a leadership role, have retunred from maternity leave, are ready for promotion or just feel you want to improve your own performance in your current role, this could be just the thing to help. 
 
Coaching is miost definitely NOT JUST for those under performing, in fact those individuals who are performaing well actually benefit hugely from being in a coaching relationship. In fact their performance, self esteem and confidence all improve. 
 
We work together to create the right plan for you with the right steps to achieve it. 
 
Working through those objections that pop up, your reasons for procrastinating ( yes we all have those) the reasons why you can't possibly do .... you will get results. 
 
Only YOU can make the difference in YOU but we all need someone to challenge our thought processes, keep us on track with the actions we have chosen to take and have a confidante who we trust to listen, be objective and confidential. 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
The Committment 
 
Working with me (or any coach to be fair) requires a committment as coaching is not a quick fix! Anyone that tells you otherwise should not be believed! 
 
So ideally we could be working together for between 6 and 12 sessions but initially I ask for a committment of 6 sessions to really get going (with 1 session notice of concluding our work together to tie up any loose ends)  
 
Sessions can be planned in to suit you but a minimum of once a month as this is where resutls will happen. 
 
 
 
 
My clients benefit from a coaching package tailored to them, which includes a minimum of SIX 90 minute sessions (either face to face or over zoom), telephone and email access for those things that just won't wait till our next session. 
 
You are assured of complete confidentiality. Whilst integrity is my highest value, you are also benefitting from the fact I am a qualified and accredited Business and Personal Coach and therefore bound by a professional code of ethics.

Having a coaching relationship is two way thing.
